Jim is the co-owner of AmeriClean Corporation with his Grandson, Dakota Smith. He is also President & CEO of Mold Inspection Services, Inc. where he acts as an Assessor and Indoor Environmental Professional. Mr. Pearson is a Certified Mechanical Hygienist (CMH), an EPA Certified Lead-Safe Renovator/Trainer, Expert Witness in state and federal courts, and is a Certified Instructor for Environmental Issues Licensed through the Montana Board of Realty. Jim Pearson, CMH is the Chairman of the Consensus Body writing, editing, and publishing the ANSI/IICRC S520 International Standard for Professional Mold Remediation.

Dakota, having grown up in the business learning the trade from his Grandfather since he was 3 years old, officially joined AmeriClean in 2012 as a technician. Now, his leadership is taking us into a new era of service and insurance preferred technology. Dakota is a Certified HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning Supervisor and is Certified in Mold Remediation. He is also an IICRC Certified Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT).
